Yes I have. I can get kits for just about any vehicle from id guess 1995-current. Tundras are covered in the same fashion, however the rear seats are just a lil more labor to remove/cover.

 

I ordered a Tacoma that's coming finally coming in, in a couple weeks. I have a quick question about these red seats. Is this the Cardinal Red or the regular red? The installed pics seem a little brighter than I was looking for. I know there's two reds, my truck is a Blazing Blue Pearl so if I go red it has to be the right red.

 

red interior on a blue truck? its the regular red, its basically the shade of red that almost every manufacturer puts in stock in the mercedes and other vehicles. I'm happy with it

 

I know I'm thinking the same thing. It's either going to look amazing or terrible, to me having a white truck or grey would be a no brainier adding the red. Blue is a bit of a gamble, too much to do without seeing it somewhere else first.

 

i agree, red guts on blue will look weird. gotta be white, black, or grey exterior. good luck with your choice

 

Thanks. Yeah probably just going to go black with some contrasting stitching to lay it safe. The red I was looking at was a little darker but still weird for a Tacoma, looks amazing on some of the BMWs I've seen though.

If anyone has a driver side, TRD w/ airbag seat cloth... I would gladly take it off your hand. Mine is starting to tear.

I got my katzkins and they are real nice. I wont have a chance to do the install till this weekend or next. While the seats are out is there anything else I should look at doing? How much more work would it be to add sound dampener?

 

It's a significant amount of work if you are talking about doing the tub. You'll have to pull out the center console and some trim not to mention the work of trimming and adhering the sound deadener.

 

I found a set for $200 on Craigslist in my area, they are clazzio brand front & rear with heat. Good deal? Not the color I want but bcbc.

 

I'm trying to figure out the Katzkin website to see all of the other color and leather options but I'm pretty sure that because I'm retarded I'm not seeing the "pick whatever the hell you want" option.

Also, anyone know if the liquidcell and the heated and cooled seats can be combined? I'm old and I'm ready to spoil myself.

 

Not just you, to me, the website was always finicky. I just googled katzkin color palette, something like that.

 

@G.T. The katzkin website does not have all available options. It says to contact a dealer for full custom treatment.
@Adventurous thak you for the reply. I think maybe I will just do the doors while panels are off and do the tub when I do a vinyl floor replacement. One more question for all the fine people here: I'm installing black leather on seats, looking at black vinyl floor (and other options), what options do I have for interior roof? Any suggestions? I could just do it in matched leather or vinyl matched to seats or vinyl matched to floor.....?
