    I'm vacillating about getting leather and heated seats or just heated seats. My Brain says "Get the Leather" but my wallet says "Uh, yeah. We need to have a talk about that."

    Depends if you are doing the install yourself. If so, pop in the heaters now and save up for the leather later. I put just heaters in my 2015, but leather is on the way.

    I could probably do it myself I but I'd feel better paying someone who knows what the hell they're doing. The shop where I'm gonna have it done said if I did both the heaters and the leather skins all at once he'd knock $100 off the installation price; in other words not charging me twice to remove the old cloth skins once.

    The seat heaters? Ran the wires under the carpet to the center console where the two little brain boxes live. Put the switches into two of the blanks in the dash and ran power to the fuse box using a piggy back fuse holder. The switches I used were the ones that fit into the blanks, but they came with green illumination, I swapped out the SMD LED's for white ones.

    That's cool. For me, it was so simple. Putting in the heating pads took about 60 minutes per seat or so. You don't really have to take off the foam, I just did to make it look scary!
