These look awesome. Too bad I have seats in new condition. I'm tempted.

 

Installed this kit from John on my 2015 TRDOR DC and couldn't be more happy. Loving the look. Black Leather with a Flint insert and the TRD offroad logos. Pearl Stitching. The install couldn't have been easier, really. Some things I found helpful was to have my son or my wife at times to help spread out the foam to get the hog rings in. The headrests were a piece of cake. The rears slid right on, and I used the vacuum cleaner plastic bag trick for the fronts. Went on real slick. The only hard part really was some sore hands after twisting off the existing hog rings. I also installed the bottoms wrong, couldn't initially figure out how they wrapped around, but finally figured it out and they were a good stretch, but I had my son stand on the seats and that helped me stretch them out to get the bottoms clipped in. It did take me about 10 hours to complete, but I moved pretty slow. I think I could do one again now in 4 or 5. Thanks John!!

 

My 18 came with leather but thinking of changing colors and getting something with logos. Can these replace or be used over existing leather?

 

Yes these can replace your factory leather. And I bet you could get a couple bucks for yours.

I know I'm a 4Runner, but wanted to post up my experience with John. Awesome guy and great communication. Seats came out awesome and even came with door cards that matched. The seats came out great and figured I'd post up in case someone was looking at the same color combo. I only did the fronts as the I removed my rear seats, but the kit still came with 4 door cards which I was happy about.

 

Wow, these are nice. That is exactly what I was looking at doing for my TRDOR DC. Did you do the heat/cool option?

 

Looks great. Did the leather color match the black console, door and dash?

 

What’s the cost on this setup? For a 3rd gen though.
