No pics yet, but I got my driver's seat done! Started at 5:30, then got called back to work at 6, then started on the seat again at 8:45 and was out test driving it at 10!

I really love it so far. Feels great, looks awesome. My only complaint is the seat heater panels.. John these are really small.. half the size of what I was hoping for, but for the price they aren't bad. They seem to work pretty well too. The one in my lower back felt so nice I didn't want to leave the truck. Definitely looking foward to some long drives!

    Hey Josh,
Good to hear..you also started with the drivers so the rest just get easier :) There are different options with with heaters however Tacomas have pretty limited space due to rod placement, I would agree probably could go lil bigger but probably wont find one that works more efficient. Cant wait to see the final pics..... John

I had about a half hour drive to work today and the heat was awesome. I think even though they are small, they are in the right spots. Definitely happy with everything. Can't wait to finish the install

Sorry for the sideways ones. I finished the passenger seat tonight, just need to do the rears and wire them up. I made great time tonight on the leather.. then realized I'd forgotten to put the heat elements in, so I had to redo them.. :(

    Looks good now though!

Its really not that bad.. the hardest parts are getting the upright part of the seat hog ringed together on the bottom/back to keep it from sliding up, and the head rest. everything else is really easy and pretty enjoyable

Hey guys, I want to apologize in advance for some of the shipping delays on the kits.. I didnt take into consideration the time that PayPal holds onto the money before it hits my account (3-4 days) and the heaters were held up a bit due to poor communication at Roadwire. I'm convinced that I need to list my kit for sale as I just didn't go cool enough after seeing all yours. :( Keep the pics coming!!Thanks again Andrew for fielding some of the questions and putting this all together.
    John

I do not know how I overlooked the heating pads for the seats, definitely a must in Colorado. I PMed you John to see if you have any left. Please say you do. :)

Got my kit on Saturday, but unlike everyone else (apparently), I'm starting with the rear seats - getting a feel for how it all goes together before I start on the fronts :)

So far, after putting an hour or so into it yesterday, I've got 60 side seat bottom done with a few headrests :) I'm tempted to call John up and have him ship me some heaters.... hmmmm.... too bad this was a bday present....

John sent me this teaser pic of the finished front seats. Kit was one of the 2 graphite clearance kits he had.

Edit. The plate is not personalized but sadly one the MVD cursed me with.
