So let me get this straight....You have a Fning truck that is built to be worked like a stubborn mule, and you bought crossbars that are meant to be worked like a stripper on saturday night, and you are bitching because of cosmetic things? so would you cry like a 5 year old if those bars got scratched by you? they are Fning crossbars and you drive a Fning tacoma not a damn Ferarri! who gives two shits if it arrived in a box beat up with a few scratches if you intended on using them like they are supposed to, or are you the type to be like "I have a pretty tacoma, with pretty bed bars and it will never get a scratch on it or i will cry!" Sell the truck, and go buy a fning bitch car. So instead of taking this up like a man and continually to communicate through phone or email, you figured you would make a thread bashing a well respected vendor? you see where that got you....Also, the man refunded you $40 for cosmetic stuff that I am sure wasnt his fault, and you still kept on whining? I would have told your ass to kick Fning rocks, and now the man has stepped up and fully refunded you. Sounds to me like you need to just delete this thread and keep your fingers away from the keyboard so you arent tempted again to bash the vendor because you dropped a few notches in the Man scale

Also worthy of note.......Frank has never spoken to me after receiving the bars. Not via PM, email, or phone.

He never gave me a single chance to do anything for him before putting me on blast on this forum.

My record of customer service on TW is among the best, if not THE BEST.

But when you come after me the way he did, sorry, I'm not gonna be a nice guy.

I made the mistake of taking it personally, that I admit, but when you look at the very minor issues here, this whole thing is blown way out of proportion.

In the end, Frank got a full set of XRXS crossbars (with some very minor cosmetic issues) for free.

It cost me the money to make the product, powder coat it, and ship it.

 

And that is why you are very successful and will continue to be! Mad props homeskillet!

 

All fun and games aside, this thread is going to have a significant negative impact on my business.

It has over 8,000 views, and I'm sure even more people have just read the title and made a mental note not to buy from KB Voodoo.

All for a slight shipping delay and some minor cosmetic issues, for a product that the customer himself called, "BRILLIANT".

In summary, this is totally fucked.

 

Don't worry, this thread will probably get deleted just like the original.

 

Also, thanks to the unbelievable number of TW members who have come to this thread in my support.
