KB Voodoo – Bad Experience

Well, another day has passed, and you folks remain an interesting bunch. Very vocal, with an apparent inverse relationship between comprehension and vocalization of opinion.

I wish to waste as little of my time as possible on here, but I still feel a need to refute the most outrageous of KBV's accusations. This statement, in particular, points to the nature of the man:

"Also worthy of note.......Frank has never spoken to me after receiving the bars. Not via PM, email, or phone. He never gave me a single chance to do anything for him before putting me on blast on this forum."

I gave him every chance, for a full month, before posting here. I have made every effort to resolve this directly with Chad. He has categorically ignored my emails, which he has herein denied receiving, even though he repeatedly quotes from them. He even ignored my concerns when they were conveyed to him directly by the TW Moderator. He instead tried to bully me into shutting up. He responds to me only here on TW, and then only when he thinks that it will cost him business.

If he did indeed refund the bars, he should leave on that high note and stop calling me a liar. If he persists in disparaging me, I'll persist in defending myself. His pride is hurt, and he cannot bring himself to admit that, had he simply said "I'm sorry for misleading you" back in September, there would be no Negative Vendor Review. Instead, he continues to escalate the conflict in some misguided effort to redeem himself.

I'll let you all know if and when the refund arrives and clears....................

Please post up all your correspondence with KB Voodoo. That would really help in resolving this issue.

 

you don't even have to post the actual text, just a screen shot of your sent box showing the messages and the date they were sent would suffice in proving you did, in fact, make an attempt.

 

Ugh...It always amazes me when people manage to sound pretentious through even their writing. Orally, I get it, b/c sometimes people just can't stop their arrogant tone from coming out. But for goodness sakes, when you write something you have ample time to review it and imagine the tone of your writing.

Guess my tone - quit being a whiner and post up your emails which have been categorical denied to exist. I categorically and emphatically deny their existence until you post them. Just post them up when you show the refund cleared. At this point, even if Chad was hard to reach, give a man some credit for a 100% refund. You know, something like, he called me a liar, I'm not...here's the proof. However, I do appreciate the refund, but I will likely never do business with him again. THE END!!!!

I ran out, and had a new batch made. I'm picking them up from powder coat tonight and shipping in the morning.

You should have them by Wednesday or sooner.

I’m not in a huge rush (as the truck has not been built yet), but just trying to understand if the items never made it to the PO, or if the PO lost them. Shipping info is useless if they haven’t been shipped. Would have been nice to have let me know of the delay without me having to ask.

Pretty much all CNC plasma cut steel looks like that (with some variation, depending on how the machine is running on any given day).

Since the matter is purely cosmetic, and nobody wants to bother with a return, I have refunded you $40 for your trouble. You should see the funds in your account in a day or two.

A man that I once worked for gave me a piece of advice. He told me that "Life is too short to do business with assholes". It is unfortunate that in this age of internet commerce it is impossible to know whether the person placing an order is such. Other TW vendors be warned.

Nothing new is going to happen. Guy has the exact same tone in his emails.

There's frank again viewing this thread but not response and he'll likely never will post emails because he doesn't want to make himself look like a complete jackass

 

Part of me wants him to post like 14 emails in entirety, with replies from Chad.. just because I fucking love a good plot twist.
