We sent a few samples of the prototype to people, but never got any feedback.

Did you end up building this? I love the look of the rack but want to completely enclose my bed. I would love to add aluminum or other metal sheets without deatroying the industrial look of it. @kbvoodoo any full enclosure options?

Would love to be a tester if you ever did. Hunting for some dry storage options for awhile now.

    I have a 2013 Tacoma DCSB
I think I want the long bed rack tho, so that the bed is more enclosed, and stowed gear is harder to reach when I'm at a hotel on my way to places...
And I think I want the mid height rack; the will put the top of the tent just a little higer than the cab; and I think I can ratchet strap my kayak partially to the tent and partially to the cab's roof rack.

Does anyone have photos of the mid height long bed rack on the short bed truck, maybe with their tent on it?
    thanks

Those are nice RTTs, but they are longer than the bed of our Tacomas, so it'd have to extend slightly over the cab of the truck. I'd also be interested to see how this looks if anyone has this setup.

Anyone have pics of a short bed rack on a long bed truck slid to the back because I have a headache rack that takes up about a foot in the front of the side rails. Or better yet what I described with a headache rack?

Looks like my rack was part of the bad powder coating batch. Less than 6 months and the paint is starting to peel in some spots and already chipped off in others as I noticed rust already.

    Pm sent @KB Voodoo

KB Voodoo, do you know if tailgate bike pads will work with the lower rack? Will the back of the bike be able to fit under it? If you have any pics that would be great.

Thanks in advance love your product.

I ordered my rack with the tonneau cover brackets. Does it also come with the standard brackets for those days that I don’t need my cover on? If not, is there a way to order them?

    Hi KB,

I'm on the hunt for a rack for my 16 Tacoma. I have the Bak Industries Revolver x2 roll up cover. Using the brackets, will your rack be compatible?

    Thanks!

These racks have so many uses! Bought a shell and used mine on a trailer to haul the tent and kayaks.

Looking for a solution for my KB Voodoo mid height bed rack setup. I've got my rooftop tent in there, the main reason I have the rack. I also want to put my kayak on there, ideally over top of the RTT. Any ideas?
