    This basket requires NO CROSSBARS.

    Fits 2nd gen and 3rd gen Tacoma's.

    It mounts directly to the cleat rails with the supplied T slot nuts and 3/8" knobs.

    Internal dimensions are 5.5" high x 16" wide x 52" wide.

    Has mounting holes for bicycle fork mounts.

    Constructed of 16 gauge steel.

    Finish is black texture powder coat.

    You should make one half the length that mounts to your cross bars....so i can use it with my rod rack.... just sayin'

    Anything you want to chuck in there that you don't want sliding around the bed, even groceries.

    It's also good if you have the bed full of stuff (gravel, firewood, deer, etc), and you need a place to carry some gear.

    OP. Do you have a lockable lid option for the basket? I like the idea of chucking anything in there but I hate keep having to think about my stuffs walk when I not around the keep an eye on it.

    No, it wouldn't fit, but it can be used within the rack, which many people do.
