The side bike mounts you sell, would they work on the little two available holes on the black base brackets? Im asking because I ordered an Odin Type-S RTT (not coming till March) and I'd like to carry my bike and tent without using my trailer hitch bike rack..Hopefully the Odin 3 Person will work on these just fine (link: http://odindesigns.com/shop/group-buy-type-s/ )...

The side mounts are meant for our bed rack, which has legs at an angle.

Hmmm, maybe we will come out with side mount bike brackets for these as well. That would be kinda cool.

And what would be even cooler? Hookin' up a dude who thought of it! Yay free stuff! Haha just kidding. Do it man. Would be awesome. Foresee any issues with my incoming RTT?

I was thinking about the same thing, and would buy these if available. Just make sure that the bike mounts are low enough that you don't have to remove them to open the tent - of course the bikes themselves would have to come off.

I really wish someone would design one that works with Access roll up covers. :(

These are all powder coated, but we went with an aluminum color for the crossbar. It looks outstanding on the truck.

The silver bars stand out on my all black truck, so I'm going to derp them black in the next week or two. I'll post some pics when done.

I'd get them right now if they weren't powder coated aluminum. Anything chrome / shiny looks like garbage on a quicksand.

The cost of getting them sandblasted and powder coated again is too much.

Since these are already coated, it would be easy to rattle can the bars black. No need to blast.

I'm not really a fan of rattle canning something that'll be exposed to the sun a lot.

They're not chrome or shiny, just a light grey color.

Sorry, none of the parts are interchangeable.
