Do these work with the roll up style tonneau cover? I have the Truxedo TruXport on the way.

Yep, as long as the rolled up cover will roll under the crossbar. If not, you would have to pop the crossbar off (a 20 second procedure).

Anyone with a pic of how far one of these can be mounted at the rear of the truck. Thinking about it for my 4 kayaks (2 in the bed and 2 on top of my factory hard tonneau and Id want the rear rack ot be back as far as possible. thanks

They go back as far as your utility track goes.

Our bed rack is actually better for kayaks, and it will now work with tonneau covers.

Anyway you can make them so they are the height of the roof line to carry longer items such as a ladder, etc?

Not these, but we have a bed rack that works for that.

We are also developing a headache rack.

OK. I like the fact that they mount with a bed cover. Looks like the bed rack also can with the optional brackets?

Does anyone have a list going of which tonneau covers these will work with? And probably just as important, ones in which won't work.

As long as the cover is no wider than 64.5", and as long as the cover does not relocate the accessory rails, it should work.

So no reason to suspect the Truxedo Titanium cover won't work? They use the accessory rails, but don't move them. They have the side rails that come up and over the bed about 3/4'' utilizing hook n loop to hold down the cover, but nowhere near the 64 1/2'' on the width. Sorry to be redundant, just wanted to double down on your thoughts before I went and bought their set-up and yours.:yay:

I tried to find some close up pics of how it attaches to a Tacoma, but came up dry.

Based on what you're saying, it sounds like it will work.
