If you have a tonneau cover and get a CXR, you mount it to the cover if you install tracks on it or can you use the bracket that you would get with the other racks?

 

what is a top mount accessory panel?

 

It's that piece that runs along the top corners of the rack, front to back. It's used for mounting gear, additional strength, and it looks awesome.
