I was one of the early buyers of the KB Voodoo Tailgate Cap System that Chad came up with in the fall of 2014.
I bought the cap due to the fact that I wanted something to replace the flimsy plastic OEM cap with something more substantial.
The tailgate cap came to me tightly packaged with a torx bit and the proper gasket material.
Took no time at all to put on and the instructions were spot on, including the "not torquing the screws too much" (I tightened them too much ).
The extra weight of the cap made the tailgate go from "tin can to tank" in no time.

After a very hard New England winter, I noticed that the edges were beginning to rust where the powder coat was beginning to peel up. I figured come springtime I would touch it up with some rattle can and call it a season. Upon asking Chad about doing that kind of treatment he asked questions about the what the powder coat on the product looked like and then told me to get it re-coated at a local place and he would reimburse me the amount to have it done. Brought it to the only powder coater that I knew of in my area and they gave me a price that I thought was a bit too high and wanted to see if Chad felt the same. I was willing but hesitant to have it done, but Chad said no way should the cost be that high. After trying to convince him that it would be fine the way it was and I would deal with it. He would hear none of it.
He told me a new cap was being sent in the mail the next day and to repack the old one in the box the new one was coming in.

So, my experience with KB Voodoo:
    - Great product. Very happy with it to this day. Powder coating is excellent.
    - Great customer service (and then some). He got back to me in PM's in less than a day.
    - I would purchase another product from him without hesitation and would recommend anyone else to do the same.

    Thanks for your support @DrFunker

One thing I want to point out: The powder coater that I work with in the beginning, who made your cap, has been axed long ago.

My new powder coat guy is beyond awesome.

I did notice a big difference in the powder coat between the two caps.

Oh boy I could go on and on about Chad. All I can say we had an issue at one time and he went above and beyond what any other business I have dealt with has done. I bought his outboard bike mount and it was the second one made, had some kinks. He fixed the issues, and then I needed some of his metal long bed bed caps because the bike mount had cause some issues with the plastic caps (DAMAGE) He sold me the caps for 125.00 instead of 200.00 and he paid to ship them. Heavy bastards is all I can say, and then inside the package was a KB VooDoo powder coated flashlight holder (free). This is one of the most stand up guys on here I have dealt with. Chad you da man bro

Oh yeah and another thing he gave me a link for where I can buy the flashlight to go with the mount as he didn't sell them separately. And here it is mounted.
