Has anyone here used the KBVooDoo tonneau brackets & cross bars with a Gator Trax cover?

If so how did it affect the foam strip's ability to seal out water? Does the cover have any binding issues when rolling in or out?

I'm interested in getting this set up but have my doubts about how it'll interfere with the rolltop tonneau.
