That makes sense. I didn't know KBS had an internal coating. If I did, I probably would have also gotten it if for no reason other than simplicity in ordering. Yeah the internal coating is the only part I feel I might redo. I will have to get a flashlight in there and get a good look at how it turned out. I do have another can, and it doesn't take long to do, so it's no big deal if I need to.

After another year of being on the truck, the coating has held up very well. Before this winter I did have to repaint 2 small areas around welds on the frame, and an area I simply did not paint the first go around.

I did take a look under the frame and found a few other areas where I need to repaint as there was chipping and paint loss. These areas are small (1" x 3", and another 1/2" x 6" area), the first listed area is the rear of the frame behind the shackle mount, and the second area is near ahead of the drivers side leaf spring mount near the gas tank. The rust is surface and it seems that moisture seeped into these areas. When applying this product make sure to prep the welds well. I will prep and touch up these areas when it gets warmer, until then Fluid Film is covering the affected areas.

Overall after 2 winters and nearly 18 months after the initial application, rust seal has held up extremely well.

Appreciate the follow up review, this will help many when deciding if/how to protect their frame.

Mine seems to largely be holding up as well. Same with you, there are some spots where the coating has pealed off, mostly rearmost. All expected, though. I'd have been surprised if it would have stayed perfect through two Winters.
In regards to Fluid Film, I sprayed my frame (and many other metal parts) with it before this Winter, and it is still on in some spots. Stuff seems fantastic. My goal is to either completely or in certain areas redo the undercoating every 2 or 3 years and during the in between times, Fluid Film.

Nice! Your frame looked very similar to what mine looked like. I used chassis saver on mine (see build thread)

I have bare metal that is coated with rustbullet that sat outside rain or shine since 2007 and not a speck of rust 14 years later. Easier to apply and no real prep work. Not a fan of the POR15 or similar products since it doesn't work well unless you get the prepwork done right. With Rustbullet, you just knock down the heavy rust flakes and paint over it. Ez pz.
