ya it was bad i had paint flake off in 2 weeks after owning it never heard anything from them for months then finally they contact me back

 

Chad is sending me replacement side bars, and he also assured me that if I have rust problems with any other part in the future due to the PC, he will replace them as well. As of now, you can consider me a happy customer. Although the PC sucks, if chad is willing to send replacements and stand behind it, I honestly have no problem. Just more money lost on his end.

Wow... New to TW. I've been looking a bedrack for my RTT for about three weeks and almost pulled the trigger on a Voodoo rack last week. Don't mine paying the money , but I do want to get what I pay for. A $800 plus rack should hold up and look good on your truck. I need a bedrack that will not look like crap and will hold up...

I would not be satisfied with this.

The story goes like this: a guy bought a product and when it arrived it had a crappy paint job. So the guy complained to the buyer and got the run around for a while until posting on a message board for all to see. Eventually the seller offered to replace the defective item with another that may or may not itself be defective but will replace that too should it turn out to be defective and so on.

Me personally I would have disputed the cc charge, wiped my hands of it and moved on.

 

Well this dumpster fire has been fun. But I’ve got class in the AM.
