Marketing companies work hard. I wasn’t saying you don’t work hard. I’m saying you out source the actual production of your product. You market and sell the product another company makes. If you do not have fabricating experience then you shouldn’t be fabricating...however you need to hire companies that represent your “brand” well. Because that is the only thing you are making....aka a marketing company.

Somebody like TacomaBeast is a marketing company. They don't make or even design anything (maybe a tshirt).

I hate to say it but KB is right the difference between a marketing/branding company and someone who outsources fabrication is design. Not a really important distinction however given the general topic of the thread.

I didn't say we were better (but we are), I just said we're different.

Odd how the vast majority of KB Voodoo complaints end up being described by you as “scam” customers, who have “no real rust issues.”

I guess the guys with the racks that fall apart are scumbags also.

I’m betting on the common denominator - you.

Especially since you are someone who tries to get members banned for pointing out these issues. ;)

What's your point of arguing here. All are going to have to agree to disagree and move on.
You do you and voodoo will do what they need to do.
But this is just stupid arguing over what kind of business it is or isn't.

It adds to the fault in the product. It’s fine that he designed the product, but it’s become apparently clear that the shipper product can’t withstand the most common of natural elements, and his customer service seems quite suspect too.

It looks great, but there’s work to be done.

I agree arguing the type of company is pointless. It started because the question of why they don’t offer bare steel products was asked. Chad answered that question so I’m done.

Debatable. I emailed asking for 3rd gen bed cap instructions and got no reply after two weeks. Then posted on the forum saying I didnt hear anything. You asked that I send you a PM so I did with my other email in case that was the issue. And instead of being like oh yeah my bad or making some excuse you said this.

IMO that’s not good customer service.

We are by far the most responsive company you will ever deal with. We never got an email from you, then I saw your post on TW and contacted you immediately.

You can think that all you want but from my own experiences and dealings with other vendors, you’re wrong.

    ...too much shit to list.
    Don’t bring me into this.

Pelfreybilt had most their tube laser and tube welding work done by CRD and most their plate laser, braking, and welding done by Lasernut. Finish welding only at the Pelfrey warehouse. Read into that how you want.

Oh I know it was minimal at best. All part of the show, I guess.

I didn’t even tag you. You’re impressive as hell.
