KBVoodoo rack issue

Finding more miniscule edge knicks. If I didn’t catch these, they would ruin the rack in 4 months. This is a problem.

 

I think the only one saying this is "ok" is the vendor

 

So, shit gets damaged in transit quite frequently.. those little knicks can be attributed to that. And I'm on your side op. The powder looks like shit. But let's not get carried away

 

When were those days exactly? Because my buddy just got his 3rd set of bedcaps from you and they have all been shitty powdercoat.
I got a set that was peeling before i could even install them. So i had to strip, prep( this is a crucial step that you guys clearly dont do), prime and paint them.
It’s a joke that you continue to even offer powdercoat knowing how bad it is.

Not to mention the racks that crumble to pieces and you skirt the issue claiming it was misuse and blame the consumer.

Pathetic.
Surprised you even have vendor status here anymore with all the trash produdt you are putting out.

Dang that sucks. I have one of the older KB Voodoo racks and even though I eventually had rust issues with it, it still looked great upon delivery.

 

You have pics of them as I don't see them on the site.

 

I deleted my post because I was wrong. I could have sworn they made some.

 

Nobody buy from this company. Their problem is not fixed, they don’t know how to powdercoat. Crossbars arrived and I’m even more disappointed, edges are all scraped off and scratches. Im starting to feel like Chad purposefully sent me a faulty rack, because of how hard it was for him to give me the promo code I deserved.

 

I don’t even want to put this thing on my truck anymore. Will never buy from this company again

Check out Yakima’s new overhaul HD with sidebars. It also works with some tonneau covers like Retrac. It just was released a few weeks ago. They are sweet!
