Maybe I’m wrong but the feeling I get is this is a dude who had a had a cool idea a few years ago, polled TW to see if there was any interest, started to manufacture in “mass”, had some good reviews...ran into QC issues that snowballed and doesn’t know how to handle it appropriately. In over their head kinda thing. No offense to KB Voodoo

I'm in market for some bed racks, but because of their history, lots of complaints, and unresolved issues, I will look elsewhere, and I did like the look of their product, too bad!!!

Owning a company means taking responsibility for all of the subcontractors’ work. It doesn’t matter who did the work.

I definitely agree with you on this one. Ultimately it how he proceeds that will dictate how good his/ he/ she/ it's company is... well all know Customer Satisfaction is the thing, so i guess we'll need to see what he does...

Anyone and their mother know that to send these back and send them out again, you're just looking to close doors. Possibly should send people store credit, which I think would be reasonable - you know, better to lose a little than a lot. And as for emails - yeah, he should... by know, have something to copy and paste.

If you ever worked in high demand retail, this is easy to handle. ....

I have the same powder you got and the only place I’m having spots is where they tack the nameplate on.. and that’s only since moving back home and getting these things smothered in salt like I’m sure happened to yours in Minnesota.

What’s going on here is horrible PC out the gate for what I can assume for over a year and ‘multiple’ vendors he’s using.. but getting the same result somehow.

Hah, yeah. The nameplate is by far the worst spot. It's basically a big rusty 'BAMF' at this point. They were weld on (big mistake) and I have yet to grind them off, but I think it's gotta happen this spring to get them re-coated.

I think he’s talking about the thread where the guy was in 4LO and snow/ice, mashed it, and caught traction or something. His entire front end was busted. I’m not sure where it ended, but I checked out when people started saying snow (the kind that packs and causes ice..) isn’t slick
