KC HID 24v Question?

Just bought it!!!

I have a pair of KC HID Daylighter Flood lights. Part Number 665A. They have a 9-32 volt ballast with a 24 volt 5 pin relay in the wiring. Can I change the relay to a 12 volt relay and just hook them up or do I need to do more than that?
