the diode dynamics 6" would work with a proper bracket, but to me its super odd to have a rack that only takes a 10" bar.
Personally i would put something much cheaper and smaller in, something like a diode dynamics ssc2 or a baja designs s2 in flood.

You must not be familiar with the Pro6 Lightbar. The lights I'm talking about are for the side illumination. There are 4 slots on the rack, 2 on each side that fit the 10" C-Series Lights from KC. But they are just too pricey. Already spent a hefty price for the lightbar and M-rack so I"m trying to cut costs with the side lighting.

here's the lightbar with the rack:

i am, but i found it super odd that they would use a 10" light bar for side lights. I would still adopt a smaller cheaper light into that opening. I would make a custom bracket to hold a single ssc2 or s2 light in a flood pattern.

Yeah that's why I'm trying to get ideas what could be other alternatives. Right now the KC side lights are on sale at $628 (from $750) for all 4 but I was hoping to spend less than $300 for the side illumination since it doesn't matter to me what lights are on the side. They probably made it a proprietary size so people will most likely buy the 10" lights they sell.

I cant seem to find any pics of how those lights mount, do you happen to have some? I would be willing to fab up some custom brackets for that to house some BD or DD lights :D

as of now, no I don't. The Rack and Lightbar is at my house in Texas and I still have to pick it up (along with some skid plates, sliders, Leer cab, a full size spare with rim, and a few little things) and bring it to San Jose CA where I work.

I found an install video on youtube and it's actually a pretty simple bracket that even I can make. Go to 3:30 time of this youtube video.

yea looking at that to mount other lights you would need to make a basic bracket. if you end up needing some made just let us know. even putting some s1 or ss1 would work great there.

Sounds good! I will have to wait until after installing the rack and the lightbar to actually see what I need to fill those side lights.
