    Well, @NickJacq23 , who did my tune along with several others, is based in the Clarksville, TN (Fort Campbell, KY), regularly makes runs to Bowling Green, KY doesn't appear as far as I can tell. Didn't really notice if there were others.

    It appears to me that they are not doing a “smog test” as in, how much shit is coming out the tailpipe, but are sniffing around for modified ECU software. Just another way to increase gov’t cash flow without any benefit to anyone. Waste of time, resources and money.

    If they can't 'read' the ECU, because OV protected his IP, they'd know pretty easy. I'd flash back to stock

    Might be a stupid question since I haven’t tuned mine to kdmax yet. Awaiting my vf kit that should arrive very soon then I’ll flash it.

    How easy is it to flash back to stock/use the software?

    I’ve had bmws with the MHD tuner app that made it incredibly easy

    If your flashing your truck to KDMAX you can flash your stock file just the same way.

    If you have purchased a VF Kit, your ECU you will unlock your ECU when you flash to KDMax. After that you can flash stock or any other tune you desire.

    The current work around would be to flash back to STOCK prior to the check until some brave soul takes a KDMax through and they somehow don’t spot it. My hopes are on @trdquoc .
