    Had a great first day of Tuning yesterday with two happy customers leaving with KDMAX Pro + tunes!

    Off work on Monday from my regular job, so that day works great for any needing tunes in the local areas surrounding VanCleave, MS (Biloxi, Gulfport, Pascagoula, Ocean Springs, etc…). After 6 pm on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. And all day Saturday are open to schedule a time.

    Dennis, from local area came by with the common complaints we all know about. He left with a smile!

    I feel the same way. I have been running the same KDMax-Pro+ tune for a while and it seems that it has learned in a good way and my MPG's are consistently good. My truck is fun to drive and very smooth.

    Emailed Mat at VF Tuner to trade in my dongle
    Says not accepting dongle trade-ins for VF license at this time
    I’m Out 700$ And can’t afford a new tune that has to be installed by some one else.
    Now that just really sucks.

    update… Mat is upgrading me to VF
    I’m very thankful and looking forward to trying some tunes..!!!

    Hey guys, I had a few questions regarding KDMax pro + and the latest VF tune update. I’m still very pleased with KDmax pro sport on my 2020 OR. I think I’ve had it since December or so. Just a couple of questions:

    regarding VF tune level updates:

    -if I wasn’t at the latest vf tune software update when I flashed KDmax pro, does that have any effects on the tune performing at its full potential? I plan on updating the software on my laptop soon (I’m at the office and don’t have it with me to check which update I’m on).

    regarding KDmax pro +:
    -I don’t have a ton of modifications done to my truck but I do have added weight and wanted to see if this is right for me going from pro to pro+. I have the LT265/75R16 BFG KO2s and a leer topper. Not really an overlander or anything but Worth the update?

    The new update will have no effect to the performance of your existing Pro tune.
    We have been getting great reviews from all stock to heavily modified truck owners with Pro+.

    @Phich hooked me up a couple weeks ago with pro plus normal throttle (Thank you Chris!). Have ran almost 2 tanks of fuel so far. Previously had KDmax 6.0 LT and Pro sport. My truck…long bed,2”lift,4:88’s, 32’s, ~300lbs added weight (camper shell/tools). Understood that this is subjective but pro plus is another increase in desired drivability for me. I prefer the normal throttle and the extended shift points of plus. Overall throttle/shift feel have also changed with the extended shift points of plus and I’m liking it. Acceleration feels more effortless (for a lack of a better description)!
    Have mostly driven short highway and in town. Mpg’s so far are similar to pro but need more highway miles to get a good feel. The more I drive it, the more I’m liking it!

    Possible cities to start Slidell/NOLA, Gulf Port/Biloxi MS or Mobile, AL.

    I think you need to uninstall all you have and load it fresh. That is the old software license error.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled version 1.6, but still got the same error. I went to enter in my master key and other info but it says "connection timeout 10 please make sure you're on the latest update" or something like that. Should that window where you enter in the license info still say Vforest Licence Manager 1.5.0?

    No. It says 1.57. Make sure you go to vftuner.com and download the latest version. It’s on the home page about halfway down.
