    Oh man…
Absolutely love it! Can’t say enough good things about it. It’s held up to some ridiculous storms also… I research waaaay too much before I get anything and this fit everything. I also really like being able to walk under it when it’s open.

Kevin @Kwon20911 contacted me late last night he really wanted to get the KDMAX-Pro+XT. He lives in Bakersfield and I wouldn't be able to get out to him until next weekend at the earliest.
So he made the drive to me this morning. He has a really nice 2019 long bed Sport we got him updated to the current ECU ID and flashed to the Pro+XT with Sport throttle.
After a 10 minute test drive Kevin came back and was overjoyed with how his truck now drives. Glad you made the drive down Kevin it was good to meet you. Look forward to hearing how your enjoying the tune!!

:oldglory: HAPPY 4TH of JULY!! :oldglory:

I couldn't be happier, my truck is so much more enjoyable to drive. It now feels like I'm trying to hold back a horse that wants to run instead of trying to drag an old nag that's on its last leg. @JAL was great to deal with, even calling me after I was home to make sure everything was OK because I made a comment about not noticing the rpms change that much when using the ECT button. John was kind enough to wait for me to drive back to him and do some investigation.
I drove John's truck, he drove mine, he even re-flashed the tune and we determined that the ECT was in fact working as it should and it was more a case of me not having a good feel for the changes yet.

Hopefully after running a couple of tanks through it I will notice a bump in gas mileage. Either way, I am very happy with the KDMAX-PRO+XT.

If you own a 3rd Gen Tacoma, you need THIS tune in your life!!!

Randomly happened upon a truck scale driving through some small town in E. Oregon. The truck weighed in at 6760 lbs with half-full gas tank and half-full 13 gal water tank. Dang. I'm not even carrying the RTT.

You definitely needed the tune. Glad we could help!
Better gas mileage and more power! Can't ask for more than that.

The Pro+XT tune definitely made a big difference on the road and off-road. Gonna have to find a way to lose some truck weight!

    Oh man…
Fixed! Thanks Dano! Yeah it’s a beast, the Alu-Cab is incredible… I couldn’t touch the top when i stood up in there, so much room. Definitely had me thinking about how much I really need my bed space. But right now I use it too much :D

@wahoobie and @PapaRee were good enough to hook me up with a DIY kit that I'm looking forward to receiving so that we can tune my truck remotely. I'll soon have a decision to make so I wanted to get some input from the group. My truck is basically stock - OEM tires, TRD Sema 17 " wheels, 100% stock suspension with no lift. The only added weight (not including my ample, overweight ass) is a Bakflip G2 tonneau. My first instinct is to go with the lite throttle so that I can be smooth at low speeds, but I see from the survey that lite is the least popular option. I realize I can always re-flash the different tip-in but I'd rather go one and done if possible :) Any opinions on which way I should go with a basically stock struck? Thanks!
