Yes the Pro+XT tune is our current tune. You are on an older tune. Check with your local tuner to get updated. Your going to really enjoy the Pro+XT.
Let me know if you need any help.

Is the 2.7 tune also the Pro+XT? Even if it’s not I am very happy with the results

I got Mike’s 2021 Manual tuned today with the KDMax-Pro+XT Sport tune. He was able to disconnect the Pedal Commander. Now he’s enjoying the linear throttle and smooth shifting like it should be.
    (Met his cool schnauzer too!)

    I think Mike is happy!
He lives 4 hours away and texted me when he got home.

From Mike (2021 TRD OR Manual)

This truck is so much better-
1 ) Pulls up hill WAY better. 0 downshifting required on the hills on the way home that required 5th on the way at lesser speed.
Speaking of speed., 2) It will go 100 easily in 6th now. It honestly would not go that fast before, above 95ish even on flat road required a downshift to fifth.
    3) I can lug it around in 2nd now without it feeling like a bucking bronco. 4) Take off is way easier, the throttle feels so much more natural…, I feel like I know how to drive a manual again! 5) I don’t know how (I made it home faster than I made it there) but., the fuel mileage is definitely better. No matter how much I enjoyed my new found power & smoothness, it averaged 17.6 on the way back. And 6)., I love power.. and for the first time in my life I just wanted the thing to run right. And that it does, feels like a new Toyota should now…. With noticeably more power than it left the factory with. Everywhere
    Appreciate you Kreg!

I can attest, the tune makes driving it A LOT more responsive and downshifts really only when needed, not sporadically shifting on the slightest incline. Also, was getting over 21 mpg on the way back from tuning on the freeway doing 77mph, (Stock weight and tire combo, but it STAYED in overdrive). Big thumbs up!

On normal throttle now but may hit up @TWTaco for the sport setting all around for a bit more dip in sensitivity.

I tuned Louie’s 2017 TRD Pro with the sport throttle. Extremely happy. He bought this truck at auction 2 weeks back. 1700 miles on it and all the factory plastic seat covers still on it… Immaculately kept by former owner

I do enjoy it when time after time, test drive after test drive, long-term owner after long term owner loves their tune and becomes someone I see 12-18 months later because they really like it and want to upgrade to see what else is possible. It's been great!

There’s 5-6 of us running it. No problems. We all seem to getting a little better mpgs. Maybe 1mpg better on my tank avg. on the last few tanks. I’m at 18mpg and got 17 for a while before the spacer.
As far as the power/torque after the spacer- it’s hard to tell. If I were coming from the stock tune, maybe it would be a more noticeable difference. Coming from a KDMax tuned truck to a KDMax tuned truck with a spacer, there’s not much noticeable difference in my opinion.
