    How's the torque band feel between a kd max tuned truck and one with the spacer? I'm just looking for ways to mitigate the weight gain from moving to bigger tires really, so the more torque down low I can get the better. I want 35s and I'll probably have to regear eventually but I'd like to try and hold off on it :anonymous:

    I am, I have the regular xt tune on normal throttle and really enjoy how it feels on 33s vs the oem tune. Just looking for more :D

    I just met up with Vic on Monday to get the tune updated. Vic was great.
    I will report back once I get 2 tanks of premium through it. Anyone looking to do the tune for the first time should definitely get it. You'll be very please with the results.

    I am on the KD Max Pro and I recently installed a Carven exhaust and feel like I lost some low end torque in the lower gears. Would the +XT bring it back to life?

    Chase contact your tuner and have him let you test drive the Pro+XT. If you have any trouble contacting your tuner let me know i can help you get in contact with him.
    I think you will like the improved low end torque with the Pro+XT.

    I’ve tuned a couple trucks with aftermarket exhaust and I get the same reaction sitting in the passenger seat while we’re test driving it. It just feels like the low end torque is different with an aftermarket exhaust. May be in my head but I just feel it’s different than a truck on the stock exhaust :confused:

    With each upgrade it is improved. You definitely want to be on the most up to date tune. You will feel the improvements.
    As the vftuner software continues to get updated, we will continue to update the KDMax-Pro tune. We are currently working on improvements and will continue as the software is updated. Stay tuned!!

    It is normal. The MPG resets after each fill up.

    Oh ok. Before the tune my mpgs would never reset back to 0. Also I notice my MPGs drop drastically when I turn on the truck after a fill up. If I were to fill up and head back home, my MPGs are around the 20s since I’m in town. Let’s say I need to leave again later on that day my MPGs will drop from 20 to 16 in the span of a couple seconds just from being idle in the driveway.
