I tuned a 2016 Tundra 5.7l 4wd this week.
He said the power, throttle and shifting were great.
He also texted me that he got 14.5 MPG on his 2 hour drive to me and got 16 MPG on the drive home.

Took care of a few Tacomas today in Ocean City, MD. Tuned @segundo taco 2020 Cement TRD Sport with the KDMax Pro 10.0 on “Normal” setting. He was happy with the improved throttle response. Also took care of this Electric Lime TRD Pro 6M for @Emtp563 on the “Sport” setting. Anthony was really impressed with the improved throttle response, especially in 1st and 2nd gear. Thank you both for letting KDMax be the your choice for your Tacomas.

 

Lucas brought me his 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-Road all the way from Conneticut, as he has family here in upstate NY. Like many, he was frustrated with poor acceleration and erratic shifting, as well as the general lack of power. I was able to address those concerns with the KDMax Pro v10.0 tune. He settled on our normal throttle setting, and left pleased with the outcome. Thank you Lucas for trusting me with your tuning needs, and should you require anything in the future, please let me know.

 

Today was the day......KDMax 10 with sport throttle. Drive home was definitely more fun than the drive there. Flashed it first with normal throttle, but after a test drive decided on sport. In for a dime, in for a dollar. Thanks so much @805 Tacoma Tuning . Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with, and i feel like I made a new friend. 10/10 would recommend.

Today we got @powder1134 all tuned up on his 2014 2nd gen Tacoma with KDMAX's sport option. This seemed like the proper fit for his truck based on the smiles per hour visible from a distance.

Colby, it was sure a lot of fun bringing you into the KDMAX family! A lot of laughs were had.

I am here to support you and all of your future adventures. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and becoming friends is just icing on the cake to something I already love doing.

I have been tuning with KDMAX for a year officially today! It's been awesome witnessing the smiles on people's faces when they go off for a test drive. They return amazed at the difference the tune makes. I've heard people say, "I should have done this sooner", "It feels like a completely different truck", "Why didn't Toyota do this from the start", and so many more positive comments regarding the KDMAX tune, but also on how we do business. We take care of our KDMAX family! Dang it! I haven't yet been able to hook up with @Socalbasketcase Tom for some butt-dyno time, but at about 99.6% sure I want SOMETHING done.

And, this weekend is shot. . . Fam Damily reunion of sorts at my house. And none of them has a Taco, so can't organize the group meet there.

Caught up with Brendan and his 2016 Tacoma while vacationing at Hampton Beach in NH to get him tuned. He had previously been using the Pedal Commander, but recognized it was an incomplete solution for this truck, doing nothing about the erratic shifting and lack of power the stock tune exhibits on these trucks.
