nothing yet has 100 miles on it.
I have some AT tires on my Taco factory size so they don't stick out much at all. I just broke off one of my factory mud flaps and was wondering if people just delete them or go aftermarket? Let's face it the factory mud flaps are junk!

So what did you do to keep or Delete? truck.jpg

I only have the front just to keep the mud off the steps when I go in and out where we hunt. If you don’t need em, take em off :D

Run naked and see how you like it. I kept mine off. I still cringe when I hear a rock hit but haven’t found a noticeable chip yet. Looks better without in my opinion.

If they do not cause any rubbing issues, I say keep as the do offer some protection. And brand doesn't really matter here IMO. I mean they are mud flaps for God's sake!

PS: if your goal is more "looks" driven, then you do you brother! :)

I kept mine but trimmed about 5" off 'em. Less noticeable but still offer some rock protection.

So you really think deleeping them is the best way to go?

Looks way better without flaps IMO.

I’m keeping mine on because I don’t like rocks/debris hitting my paint and undercarriage. Stock ones are pretty shitty but so far they’ve been fine off-road. Some did rip off but I screwed them back with better screws.

I drive on gravel on a regular basis, so I have kept mine on. My AT tires like to pick up and throw rocks and I prefer that as few as possible hit my truck.

    Oh look, another mod....
I have aftermarket flaps on my Taco. I did it for two reasons:

    1) Protection if a rock gets kicked up from the tire.
    2) No more mud stripes!

I would wash the truck, drive it home and bam. It was dirty again down the lower sides of the truck. Now, when I wash it...it stays clean for a long time. It's a pavement princess.
