I’ll say this, I have owned both Ford and Chevy’s top products and will buy either product again in the future. I don’t do brand loyalty.
But Hey, if you want to let brand bias, cloud your objectivity. God bless!

Whats crazy is how some muscle cars (mustang and camaro) are killing sports cars left and right at their own game.

This is my first ZL1 and I have not had a single problem with it and I bought it in March 2017. I have had the GT350. It burned 1 qt of oil every 500 miles, had transmission overheating issues. Had a recall on the oil cooler hose. POS. I will never buy another FORD - It stands for I got, "Fucked Over Royally Dude. "

The Corvette seemed to me to have a lot of over heating issues and the ZL1 with 11 coolers, well in will never overheat.

To me, the only properly developed is performance
Cool, how many times have you tracked either one?

I remember when that Flaming GT350 video came out. He was on a track and the oil cooler hose let go, which is the recall I had on my GT350. Ford never fixed my car. They just withdrew the recall and called it fixed.

    Ford sucks.

The only proper performance car that US tried with is ford gt, everything else is a boat with big displacement and a blower.
Though if we’re to choose between zl1 and 350gt I’d go with ford, not because I’m ford loyalist(never owned one) it’s because they tried something new with flat plane high rev motor

I had a 2011 M3 and it was reliable no issues at all with the s65 V8. And the sound of the engine at 8k rpm, just wow.

The M2c has an s55 M4 motor in and its pretty much bulletproof as well. Can't wait to get it. Just tunning this thing can get 500hp without hardware.

I usually take phenomenal care of my cars. I do not change the oil at 12k miles f that. I usually change my oil once at 4k miles on the M cars I have owned.

Have you tried proper maintenance? A 8400 redline will require rod bearing at 50k, that’s what you signed up for

I haven't yet. I have driven out to this place to see the facilities. It looks promising.

That’s ironic, given gm’s reliability or lack of track record

I’m sorry if I upset anyone’s delicate sensibilities, but a performance car requires more engineering than a large pushrod motor and a blower

The sound of the engine was what made me buy it. I still like that motor better then any other. The GT350 sounded really good too, but it was rough when compared to German smoothness and quality. I did not have issues with the motor. The driver's door would look itself open all the time and I could not close the door. The car pulled left and BMW would not fix it after two different dealers. So the tires wore out in 5000 miles. The headlights flopped all the time like a ghettomobile.
