no it wont hurt your wheels, but i reccomend soap and water for washing the wheels and bleche white for the tires..... i also use it to clean my wheel wells and the first gen plastic bumper works like a charm!

Brillo pad or comet with a scrubber works great.

Bleach White is an excellent product. I use it for cleaning my tires and white lettering. Another option for those times when out of Bleach White is plain old mineral spirits (Paint thinner). I apply some mineral spirits to a rag and rub the white letters. It will lift the dirt and grime and then wipe with a dry rag. I might have to apply it twice but it really does the job and it does not harm the rubber.

I have a Harley-Davidson with white wall tires on it. Motorcycle white walls are notoriously difficult to keep looking good. I use mineral spirits exclusively on them.

    Hope this helps.

In case no one know this yet,,, Me being a lazy dumbass that did not want to take it back to the shop and flip the white on the inside. I took a dremel and sanded off the paint..... Would you know the raised letters are white all the way down to the sidewall... I was pissed and impressed at the same time...

    Old thread...

Cleaned up my white-walls yesterday with just some Dawn dish soap and a nylon bristle detail brush.

    Cleaned up well.
