    Thanks :)

I'm going to set them at 1.75, and I'm hoping to get the dealership to give me the TSB so it'll sit even.

Not too far from Hammond. I'm about 40 mins from everywhere - North to Miss, East to Miss, Southeast to New Orleans, and West to Baton Rouge.

And you, which part of Texas?

    Thank you! :D

Well hell that's cool. There's a slight chance I could end up working in Pasadena later this year.

Crash time for me- long day of softball tomorrow! :)

Got word today that I'm off work another week. That leaves me a LOT of time to play with my truck. Thinking about trying to build a toolbox. And maybe make some more furniture. This is why I need to work. Staying home gets too damn expensive! Anyways, if you looked around, please share your 2 cents with me! :)

    Good luck!

I love them, but I do wish I could use them when there was traffic on the road with me. Guess you can't have it all. But they light up everything when they are on! I think I'm going to put the tint I bought on them so I can run them all the time.

have you decided on spacers yet? What size tires are you running now and are you going to upgrade?

I'm contemplating installing my spacers rather than return them????? My tires are 265 70 17 and are almost flush with the mudflaps, but that is just the MT side wall. The actual tread hitting the ground is 1.5" inset from the mudflaps, which means the spacers would bring them nicely to the outside edge. I just don't want to fling crap all over the side of the truck because I'm sticking outside the flaps.

I think you should go for it. They'd look great on by what you described.

I'm in a tough spot now with work, so there's not much more I can do at the moment. Have to wait and see what happens income-wise before I can make any more big decisions.

Maybe today. If so, I will take some before/after pics, description of the install and how it performs. I'm sure I'll be adding 30-40hp w these high tech spacers :)

A lot of chaep mods or just maintaining your truck is going thru and detailing it with cleaners or paint. I go thru and use a product called F21 Super Protectant. Its made by Turtle Wax and I buy it at WalMart. Its better than Armorall and not greasy. I use it on all the rubber stuff in the truck, door seals, any thing vinyl, dash, window seals, mud flaps, black plastic on bumpers, anything plastic under the hood, black plastic in front of front window. Just about anything that or will discolor from the sun and turn white I use it. It makes everything look like new black plastic.
If you have some basic tools for your truck you can Undo bolts like in you leaf springs, one at a time and use a grease called never-sieze on the bolt shaft,(NOT ON THE Threads)to keep the springs from squeeking and it makes them come apart easier if you plan on replacing them. Also bolts that you dont want to come off you can use blue loctite and fix them before you loose them.
I do a lot of this to keep me from buying things on my days off. I can give you more if you want or pics if you need.
Damn almost writing a book here.
