Kenwood DDX812 Volume problems?

    Ok , Ive had the Kenwood installed for about a mouth. All of a sudden I cannot get the volume to go past 35. What could be the cause of this? I reset the unit and still stops at 35. Could the speakers be affecting this if they happen to have blown out? And I cannot accress the SRS function and I know when I first set it up I could. Any help with this would be awesome, Thanks
