Kept '05 4Runner, bought '05 Tacoma TRD PreRunner

I bought a 2005 4Runner SR5 two years ago and love it. My wife drove it last weekend and decided she was sick of her little Honda Fit and wanted to drive MY 4Runner! Can you believe it? The good news is that I got to go trade in her little Honda for an '05 Tacoma TRD SR5 Prerunner! Had it two days and love it!

I don't do a ton of mods as a general rule, but looking around here you kind of get the itch. I did replace the factory radio setup in my 4Runner with a Scion T1808 HU, Sirius Connect, and Ipod direct cord and plan to do the same to the Tacoma.

Only other mod so far is a compact truck box, which I bought and installed this weekend following a thread I found here. Love that all are so willing and eager to share.

In case anyone's interested, the deal we negotiated was $17K for the Tacoma with 48k miles. Had new tires and in great condition. Here's what it looks like.

Thanks. Real happy with it. Need to work on the brakes though, it's got the super squeal.

Jackson is about an hour East of Cordova (suburb of Memphis). I'm in the real estate investing business myself. Jackson is actually in a growth stage, so that was probably a good buy.
