Make sure you get the cv axles looked at. I think she was having issues with them if i remember right

 

Yes I'm going to replace both along with hubs. I'm thinking that's a part of my soft brake issue

 

Hubs usually dont cause a brake issue. Could be pads, master cylinder or booster

Nope, off today, tomorrow and work Monday then off for 3 days. Gonna try to drop my truck at the tint place and hope they have a no show to get mine done...

Well.. jenn got her wheels back. I found a solid set of 4runners wheels for $80 yesterday! Thinking about getting them powder coated instead of buying aftermarket. Ultimate goal is the trd bronze wheels, but my funds are going to be pretty tied up indefinitely.
I've also ordered, like 4 of those Damm trd badges for the grill (all were shit, except the one I have on now)

Long time no talk! I honestly haven't been doing much on the taco cause... well... money and such but I couldn't pass up on this deal!


Truxedo Tonneau cover for 100? And it fits a long bed? SAY NO MORE, DEAL.

Taco has been an eye sore to me for couple reasons.
1. Wheels did not grow on me, I need different ones for sure. I'm close to hating them.
2. I've been working on it mechanically, so haven't had the funds for cosmetic upgrades, and dent/scratch repair.
3. The headlights I put on a couple months ago melted already and I'm extremely discouraged by it.

I'm still working out some things with my 4 wheel drive? I'm curious if its an auto engage? While I'm turning (from dirt to pavement) I hear my back wheels spinning, but then I hear the fronts move? I've engaged high and low, testing the feeling and I can definitely tell when its in 4x4.
