I saw that it didn’t come out clearly, was meaning you need to find us a good route up through there.

Ya helping @pixelsailor with his lift on Sunday and Saturday I have a baby revealing party to go to o_O. Even though we already know, got to support the kids...

Ill have to start trying to map out a few backroads we could all make a run on. Seems like they're all over the place out here.

No worries there man, family comes first. We're gonna need some pics of the truck after yall finish up! :D

Definitely worth checking both of those out. Lost maples state park is in Vanderpool. Way gorgeous out that way. I try to make it out there at least once or twice a year.

Yeah the Laity lodge youth camp is in Leakey. There isn't a whole lot out in Leakey besides that and Garner state park. That's also worth checking out

I just need to move into our cabin out that way and find a job haha the. I can explore a lot more of the area. It's hard when in only there for a 2-5 days at a time and I gotta drive 300 miles each way just to be there

I know what you mean. After i make the drive from up here to houston, i dont feel like being in the car too much. Definitely nicer coming from houston up this way though. The scenery changes and youd never guess you were still in TX

One past that. I believe harper is 505, and i get off at 501 by the buckhorn resort. Then cut through to ingram. I also sometimes get off at 490 for hwy 41 and then go in the back way to my place

Hwy 41 is a good little drive. It's a constant 75mph so I go that route every once in a while instead of the 50mph twisting roads through hunt. 41 is also a good road to cut through to 83 to get down to leakey from I-10.

From what I have seen passing through recently, there's not much happening other than rust & dust.
