I caught a cold late last Sunday, still stuck to keto for the week even though I didn’t feel like it. Hit 197 even on Friday morning. 2lbs from my revised goal now.

Does this freeze okay? I like grab and go breakfasts and I've batched out bacon, egg, cheese in muffin tins in the past. Easy to microwave while I'm making my bullet proof coffee in the morning and then head out the door.

 

Yes it does, I portioned it out and put it in the freezer.

I've been eating a ketogenic diet for a while for energy, cognition, and appetite blunting benefits. The past few days I've been working on my truck and realized it was 5 PM and I hadn't eaten anything but I felt great. Back when I ran on glucose I'd be hangry by 10 AM.

 

Keto friendly meatballs (to be fair, I'm not sure I've ever not made them keto friendly, never saw the need for bread crumbs) with 1/2 Italian sausage & 1/2 85% ground beef. Sauce is out of a jar but only 9 carbs for the entire thing. Angel hair "pasta" is a relatively new find. Shirataki noodles. I made a batch of chicken noodle soup with a different style last week and they were pretty good. Not chicken noodle type noodles, more like ramen, but not bad. We'll see how the angel hair works tonight.

 

Been off and on since I hit 197. Seem to float around 200 +/- 3lbs lately.
Really can’t wait for Spring do I can get outside and dig into the hiking & biking again.
Now that I know what’s required diet-wise to drop the fat I’m hoping to get some tone & finally break the six-pack out of its case.

 

Down 10 lbs now. Liking the keto

Started Keto 2 weeks ago Monday, down right at 10 lbs. The diet hasn’t been too bad, even being tested a few times with work donuts, my birthday last Friday and going to the IU Purdue game last night I have been very strict. 5’9” 250lbs now, plan on hitting gym again in the next week with my boss.

Been eating like shit since last Friday... totally off the wagon.

Jumped back on the wagon as of this morning. Had to, I was back up to 205.
