    Totaled but still alive! Frame 2.0, Fog lights anytime, Seatbelt reminder delete, Secondary air filter delete, LED bed lights, Running boards, 2017 Rims, Ultra gauge, Cup holder/consol/glove compartment lights, Interior LED conversion, Blue Sea aux. fuse panel, fuse panel mounting plate by Yotamac, ProEFX heated towing mirrors, LED engine bay lights, Redline Quicklift Elite hood struts, Wet Okole Heated Seat Covers,m, Rear bumper 2.0, Decal free visors, Washable cabin air filter, Overhead consol auto dimming override switch, BulletProof Fabricating Skid plate, 2lo module.
    I got the opposite problem. Can’t put weight back on post open heart and type 2 diagnosis. I have to watch my carbs increased the protein I can’t seem to get above 145#. Walk 3-5 miles a day, 20 min 4-5 days a week on the elliptical.

    Hey all, just started keto Saturday morning! I'm using an app called carb manager to do my best to keep track of everything I take in.
    I'm having the most trouble eating more fats than protein, what are you guys eating on a normal day?

    Savory bacon bombs are a fat heavy concoction. Another member posted a link to a recipe here in this thread that was really good.

    Also my wife made these chocolate fat bombs that were the best snacks...

    Chipotle sauce

    I’m just starting to get back on the diet, want to lose another 10 pounds. Can’t believe from last year till present I’ve gone from 40 waist to 34 waist!

    Yes.
    I forget the particulars but it is a key ingredient in the "bulletproof coffee"

    My wife was really big on that in the beginning. I liked it but not all the time.

    For me a quick breakfast go-to has always been a couple of hard boiled eggs sliced in 1/4s rolled up in ham & cheese... My kids called them dads breakfast burritos. :D

    That is actually not necessarily a bad thing. I have found myself never to have an issue with that until I dove deeply into the keto diet. :oops:

    My latest kick has been a homemade version of the Jimmy Johns “unwich” a breadless sandwich... basically all the components of a sandwich in a iceberg lettuce wrap. :cool:

    It’s quite good. :D
