All diet, really just watched what I ate and followed keto as best I could, I eventually dropped 40lbs overall, now granted I do walk on average 7-8 miles a day working. In total I dropped 50lbs though, and stay at about 150-153. I don’t eat nearly as strict but still keep sugar and carbs low, but more loose with it.

What do you all snack on when you want something crunchy like chips or crackers? Thats the part of keto that eventually made me give up. I cant resist chips and salsa or dip.

Marcona almonds, parmesan cheese crisps (I started making my own after a while), dried edamame seeds, sunflower seeds. I top all my salads with one or more of those crunchies

Been soooo long since I had some of that. It’s just not readily available in the northeast. Totally a southern thing.

pretty much all I eat. We usually cook the riced cauliflower down in a wok and make a fried rice with it. Comes out bomb and I actually prefer it over white rice now.

Carrots are ok, according to my google search they have 6g of carbs per 61g. You could totally eat 180g of carrots and be strict rest of the day.

Started my 'diet' on 10/13/19. Zero exercising. Just eating clean and most dinners are just veggies. No red meat. Turkey, chicken, fish. I am 222lbs as of this morning. I guess it's working.

Pita and Hummus.... man haven't had that in so long and I miss that combo... I still drink beer, but rarely now instead of a few every other day. If I want something.. I'll eat it. But I am real cautious now of carb count and sugar levels.

following a keto diet definitely opened up my eyes on what I was putting into my body.. I miss Arizona ice teas - but 78 grams of carbs in one 24 oz drink. DAMN!!! No thank you.

I am a sucker for candy. I find that some nights when I'm real baked I just can't stop eating candy if it's in my house... Like sour gummies and shit like that. That's really the only vice I have when it comes to food... So I try to avoid it at all costs. BUT WHEN THOSE MUNCHIES KICK IN.. sometimes it's just too late and I'll have a pile of candy wrappers on the ground. haha

I find it's all about balance with the food I eat.. when I first started, I was so worried if I ate something with carbs something bad would happen. But after staying strict with the diet 10 months later, I realized having a cheat meal here and there isn't the end of the world. But it does take discipline for sure to stay on track
