Yet another thread I’m just finding!

Lots of great keto recipes we’ve found and keep making. there’s also some that are not strict keto but very low carb that satisfy cravings.

    This cheesecake pie for example.
    O. M. G. delish!

I also keep on hand some chocolate chip cookie dough ball fat bombs.

Started this about a month ago and lost about 13 pounds. Want to lose 10 more to get to my target weight. Hit a plateau lately and am suffering from serious cravings. Think I may need to start some serious exercise so I can up my carb intake a bit.

One weird side effect is that I’ve slept terribly ever since on the diet.

Get after it man! It's pretty easy when you are into BBQing. Once you break the sugar addiction the cravings for pasta and spuds will fade.

Hit my 2-year mark over memorial day weekend on keto. Never felt better.

*notes. The blog link you gotta wade thru a lot of BS. Says mix in a specific order... whatever. I overmix with a hand mixer. Makes it good and creamy. A few drops of lemon juice or extract and it’s key lime pie.

    https://thestruggleisbeautiful.com/no-bake-keto-cheese-cake/

first photo is pie. Second is choc chip cookie dough balls

I really thought it would be harder. Double the right veggies and a protein.

I lived in New Orleans. There’s no food like it anywhere. I’ve looked. I’ve tried. There’s good food. But there’s nothing like New Orleans food.
(And that was to the detriment of my waistline!)

husband and I have both dropped 25# since mid January. Exam and blood test for both of us coming up later this month and hoping to report good news!

it really is. Like I said, I over mix it until ultra creamy. It loses a little cheesecake consistency but makes it more like a cream pie. Could add cocoa powder to the crust for a dash of chocolate flavor too.
It really helps me deal with sweets cravings.

If you can find this ‘pasta’ it’s really damn good! I can only find it at better grocery stores but it’s not over priced compared to regular pasta.
