Key fob help!?

I haven't had a problem with mine in the more than 2 years I've had it. I think I paid closer to $20 shipped then.

i wouldnt go to the stealership if you don't have too , i did for a replacement key fob for my corolla a year ago i went swimming with the fob in my pocket forgot it was there and just asked the stealership when i was doing a oil change how much a new key fob for my push button start would cost the guy said of they are not to bad we sell them cheap he said i was like oh well how much 300 bucks i laughed and said yeah right ill go with out

My truck came with an unprogrammed remote. Followed this vid instructions & it has worked like a charm.

 

I'd just keep it. They are pretty tough. Mine went through the washer and dryer. I popped the cover and let it dry. Never skipped a beat.

 

He indicated that the board inside is cracked. Don't think it will recover.

Yeah guys just order a new one so gonna do what I can do and yeah old one is thrown away dog got the board inside and cracked in 3 different spots

 

My Amazon remote showed up today and followed the video posted above. Worked perfectly fine.

 

That's where I got mine ,work's perfect.

 

Give the old one too the dog so he leave's your new one alone.lol

 

I bought 2 used ones on ebay for $30 that was from a rav4. Still have them and use it daily.
