Anyone know where to get an aftermarket key fob with buttons?
I gave my roommate my keys to get in my truck and he left them on my bed cover. By the time we found them they were run over. The metal key saved the electronic components but the plastic case is destroyed. All the aftermarket cases look like they don’t come with buttons. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be hitting the roommate up to replace it with OEM.

Just checked on this. We found an OEM case or so we thought. Said fits Tacoma and Prius... well it almost did but I wanted to keep the rubber seal in there and wouldn’t fit with that. So he ordered the AJT case and the factory lock and emergency buttons fir perfect (the unlock button was lost somewhere when we found all the pieces in the dark) then I used the unlock button that came with the OEM case and had to shave it down a little bit because it was slightly bigger than stock. Everything works fine. The unlock button is a little janky but I use keyless entry anyway. I’m gonna go by my local dealership and see if they have any broken ones laying around with buttons(now that I’m in WV instead of Cali). He offered to buy me an entirely new keyfob from Tacoma at first but wanted a cheaper option and I was okay with it because all the component worked fine. Wish I would have seen @Bugmanbrian post before he ordered. Would have saved a lot of frustration but all’s well that ends well.

They lumped in some key protection with my tire protection BS when I bought my truck. You might be able to get one if they had an extra warranty of any kind.
