So I've installed the 9" Joying unit in my 2018 Tacoma and I immediately noticed something funky going on with my key fob range and how the car's behaving using remote lock/unlock.

Sometimes I need to be so close to the car for it to lock/unlock but keyless entry is fine.

Has anyone faced any issues similar to this?
I found a thread on 2nd gen with someone facing the same issues but not sure about 3rd gen.
