I feel like OP is giving very little details and feedback on everyone’s suggestions, is it just me? :annoyed:

Sorry I haven't responded back to your e-mails but I'm trying to do all the things you've told me to try. I have tried everything except taking out the switch and see what happens.
Again sorry for not responding back quickly..
I'll let you know how it goes with taking out the switch.

Hey there you all, got a new cylinder and key put in and this time the key came right out.
Done know why it works but it did.
I wanted to say thank you for all the advise and putting up with my inexperience with this,
    But thanks anyway.
I'll watch what is going on in here and if I can help in any way I'll speak up.
You all have a Blessed day.
