Key stuck in acc won't come out

Hello everyone so today my key is stuck in the acc position. When I disconnect the battery it comes out. It's a 2017 automatic sr5 with only 55,000 miles. Everything shows it's in park (indicator light on console and dash say park) I've disassembled the console inspected bushings switches all that and can see nothing wrong or loose. Anyone else have this problem please help!!

 

maybe you already did, but try moving the wheel back n forth. If there is a load on the wheel/wheels when turned off, the locking mechanism can get in a bind.

The Key Interlock Solenoid is controlled by the Shift Lock Control ECU which is mounted on the Floor Shift Assembly.
There is a detection switch in the Shift Lock ECU that tells it when the lever is in park so it will de-energize the Key Interlock Solenoid.

 

Ok When I had the shift lever out there was a small board with a connector. Is that the lock ecu? Then there is the lock solenoid and a small push button type switch. I think that's the one correct? I should have taken a pic. But I will find my meter and see if it's opening and closing. If it's operational maybe the lock ecu? It's just started the problem out of nowhere. Jiggling all that does nothing. Nothing I try makes it come out.

 

Oh and I was wondering what tells the dash and console lights that it's in park? If the ecu tells it it's in park wouldn't that mean the switch was telling the ecu it's in park? I may be thinking to much into it lol

 

I'm not sure what it looks like exactly as I can't find a parts breakdown of the Floor Shift Assembly but I do know the Shift Lock ECU is attached to it and I'm pretty sure it isn't serviced separately.
This is the only breakdown it gives.

No the Park/Neutral Position Switch on the transmission controls the signals for the indicators.

The Shift Lock ECU in the Floor Shift Assembly controls the Shift Interlock and Key Interlock solenoids.
