    Celica seats, Icon in rear and front with icon ucas, omd leaf springs, deckplate mod, lce header, Tundra brake swap.
    I had this problem and it was a worn tumbler in the lock. 15 dollar locksmith fix. Just putting it out there for future reference.

    Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
    Glad you got it to work with a new key. Get the lock rebuilt while you're at it. The key may wear faster, but the tumblers will soon follow. Fast and painless repair when the lock still turns. Wait till it won't operate=replacement, just like jr97 said.
