Well I attended a local establishment last night and half way through the might I can out to check my phone and found some dudes leaning against my truck and sitting in the bed.

After telling them to please get off my truck and being told "we aren't hurting it bro" I went back inside. Walked out to my truck today and my fucking trucks is keyed up everywhere. The hood the roof the driver side. I'm furious right now. The only part that isn't keyed is the passenger side probably cuz it was facing the street.

Anyone else have an experience with being keyed?

yep, lived in a not so pleasant area of town. guess the drug dealer across the street pissed someone off because the assholes keyed an entire street of cars starting right in front of his house. unfortunately, mine was one of them.

See if the establishment has a security tape. You know what time it was and what they looked like.
Report it to the cops... over $1000 damage is a felony.

:ekk: looks like it is down to the metal and every thing is going to have to be stripped and re painted. $$$$ call the cops and file a report. and see if they place has cameras.

What a bunch of jock douche bags.

Those dudes need a good caning in town square.

I'd pursue the video tapes if there are any. Could even show a car with licence plate? Ya never know?

Just check with all business around. Could be one across he street with one aimed in that direction.

I'll be calling my insurance later today after I make a report. Then bad thing about the SWB color is there is no blending of the paint. I've been told that by several painters.

Sucks! I had a similar instance at a truck show. People were leaning on my old show truck at the hotel. I said something and the next day my custom paint was keyed right through the graphics. Cops didn't do shit. Couldn't prove it was them.

Or simply figure out where to park next time. We were at a music venue at a neighboring city last night and parked where we knew it was safe, about 10 blocks away.

This is where a camera on the phone is handy, or simply alert the bar bouncer or bartender. I suspect these might be "regulars"...
