    Here is the issue:
    1. If all doors are locked and I hit the lock button on the fob, no sound made by door locks and lights flash.
    2. If all doors are locked and I hit the unlock button on the fob, no sound made by door locks and no lights flash. Doors do not unlock.
    3. If all doors are unlocked and I hit lock button on fob, no sound made by door locks, no lights flash. Doors do not lock.
    4. If all doors are unlocked and I hit unlock button on fob, no sound made by door locks and lights flash.
    5. If only one two or three doors are locked or unlocked, both buttons do nothing.
    6. Button for lock and unlock on the door does nothing, both lock and unlock.

What could be the problem? I’m stumped. Thanks.

Knowing the year, model or engine you have is always helpful in solving issues.

Saying that, my best guess would be the 30-amp fuse (fusible link?) that feeds
the door-lock system. On my '99 3RZ, it is in the fuse box near the drivers knee.
I don't have electric locks, so that fuse bay is empty on mine.
Check it to see if it is blown.

Sorry, 2005 Tacoma 4.0 TRD Off-Road. Already checked fuses near left knee. All are good.

I assume you know that a fusible link looks way different than the usual fuse.
It is square on top and many times bigger than the typical mini-fuse.
    Mine is labeled 'Power'.

The only other thing I can think of that controls ALL the door locks is the 'integration relay'.
On my truck, its near that same fuse box. Its like a little computer.

Don’t think I have fusible link in panel by left knee, but I’ll check again.

I’ll also look into the integration relay.

    Thanks!

On your truck, the I.R. might be called a 'body ecu'
