Keyless Entry fob not working

    On my 2010 access cab the keyless entry key fob quit working which I replaced the battery in it since I have never had to do since I bought the truck. Now only the unlock will work on it, but not the lock side of it. I have to manually lock the doors now because of this. I have a second one with the spare key that I use if I should have to leave it like at Discount Tire or something and it works just fine. Was wondering do I need to reprogram the key fob to get it working again? Thanks for any solutions to the problem.
