Keyless Entry Problem

I'm looking for a little help... I have a 2016 TRD Offroad and I'm the second owner. The first owner installed a keyless entry for the tailgate. He didn't ziptie the wire that runs underneath the truck up real well. It began to hang down and got on the muffler burning it nearly in half. My keyless entry started to not work and this led to me finding the wire. The fob will make the truck beep and lights flash but will not lock or unlock any doors or the tailgate.

I looked at the plug on the passenger side in the column near your right foot where the burned up wire ties into the other keyless entry wires. That plug looks fine along with all of the fuses underneath the steering wheel related to the keyless entry (4 20 amps and one 7.5 amp). I'm thinking that short burned something up and now none of my locks work. Does anyone know of a relay or another fuse somewhere that may be the problem? It would have to be something that controls all of the actuators. Thanks for any help you could provide.
