Keyless remote stolen want to disable keyless entry

Sob story...I used just my key to get in and out for the last 10 years. The week I used the keyless remote I left it in the truck and that was the first time someone stole stuff out of my truck. They got my wallet, my garage door opener and my keyless remote.

Is there a way to disable the factory keyless entry?

 

Should be a datalink pin connector under the dash, I believe if you reset it, it’ll clear all the remotes that have previously been programmed to it. Don’t have the details but should be link two of the pins together (ground pin and one other pin - not sure which one though) with a wire should reset it.

 

I would worry more about them having my wallet and garage door opener.

I don't take my wallet or things with batteries in them when I go surf. 1st time its happened in 12 years with the truck, so I guess my luck ran out

 

Definitely need to change garage code also! Sucks that some jackass stole from you...
