    Not getting paid.
When they hire you do you have a certain amount of time you can not go work for another bus company?
My wife’s work will train you, paid, but you can not go work for another bus company for 2 years. Because they provided the training.

I am the only one certified now, so i have to do two classes back to back to get a dozen people trained. The next class isn't until the end of March, so looks like I'll be rocking it solo for a couple more months.

compressions with you foot , maybe I'll make a suggestion for efficiency for the next guideline update.

If the class is required and the company paid for the class, you should be paid for your time attending. Pretty sure there are labor laws that state something close to that. Not HR, but there has to be someone on here that it.

Then they can't require attendance. Do you receive a certification to be employed somewhere else? Or is it a company requirement. I really feel like labor and industry would disagree. Again, I am not HR and don't know exactly how it all works. I do know that we can't have a mandatory training and not pay our employees to attend it.

I suspect his hire is contingent upon completion of the course. If it's a DOT mandated cert that's probably legal.

Aired up tires to proper PSI, noise is still persistent and loud. Anything over 27-30 miles an hour, during light acceleration, braking, cruising over those speeds. Some times it’s quiet and not there, sometimes it’s loud and sometimes it’s mild. Guess I’ll call the dealer. Any other tsb I should know about other then the one @Grand dude mentioned that might be the root cause of this issue? Before I call the dealer and give them my opinion of what it could be. Cause my truck isn’t even over 1,000 miles yet. :annoyed:@Blackout14 @Cooktop86 @Arcticelf @Grand dude

Does it do it under load?
Going down the road while making the noise shift into neutral, see if noise goes away or even lessens

Under load as in weight in bed, or under load as in “heavy”/underload on the throttle? I can’t hear it “heavy”/underload on the throttle(above 2k-2.5k)because honestly the engine/exhaust noise drowns it out.

Load as is drive train, transmission.
Drive on a nice quiet road get it to make the noise, then drop it in neutral, see if noise changes. Let off the gas so you are not hearing the exhaust.
